With over a decade of experience in the Firearms Industry, I (Lead Instructor Nigel “Doc” Beech) have honed my expertise in providing user instruction, training, and support at Applied Ballistics. During my tenure, I have authored numerous articles such as:(Aerodynamic Drag Measurement and Modeling for Small Arms Improving on Ballistic Coefficients), user manuals, provided support for and trained clients focusing on utilizing advanced firearms electronics, technology, and apps from leading brands such as Garmin, Kestrel, March Scopes, Vortex, Sig Sauer, L3, Leica, Bushnell, Wilcox Industries, DOD, Military, and Law Enforcement and more. I have coached ballistics and how to use electronics technology at international shooting competitions, seminars, and more.

I offer 1-on-1 instruction on setting up your Ballistics Apps, Ballistic Calculators, Range Finders, Chronographs, Thermals, Night Vision, Optics, and other shooting technology devices and calibrating them to your firearm. Consultations are performed both in person or via live web conference. In person courses include live fire assistance getting your devices paired up and fine tuned with your shooting system as needed. Instruction hours can be pre-purchased at $40 per hour. This includes equipment rental necessary to set your ballistics profiles up. Daily rates negotiable, and group consultations available.
