Texas License To Carry (LTC) Classes
Beech Paradise Ranch is proud to offer Texas License To Carry (LTC) classes certified through the Texas Department of Public Safety.
We offer group classes, private sessions, shooting qualification only options, and beginner-friendly coaching packages designed to help students feel comfortable and prepared for the shooting qualification.

Who Is Eligible:
- Must be legally allowed to possess a firearm
- 18 years of age or older
- U.S. Citizens, Legal Residents, Naturalized Citizens, Visa Holders, and Resident Aliens may qualify
- You may complete the class before applying for your LTC with the State of Texas
- The LTC-101 certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of course completion
Class Information:
- Approximately 4 hours classroom instruction
- Approximately 1 hour shooting proficiency test
- Students should already possess basic firearm handling and safety knowledge prior to attending
- Semi-automatic pistols or revolvers in calibers .22 through .45 are permitted
- Red dot sights are permitted
- Magnified optics are not permitted for the shooting qualification
- Government-issued photo identification required

Beginner Coaching Package
$100 Per Student
Includes classroom instruction, shooting qualification, and 1 hour of private coaching designed to help newer shooters prepare for the qualification portion.
Private Sessions
Private LTC sessions have a $150 minimum for 2 students or fewer.
*Qualified Special Member Rate Includes:
U.S. Military Active Duty & Veterans, Law Enforcement, First Responders, Medical Professionals, Veterinarians, and Teachers.
